 Replace all metal ridge with new Shingle Vent II "shingle over" units. |

 Replace all old leaky pipe collars with new aluminum and neoprene units. |
 See the streaks in between the glass? ...that means the seal between the glass panes has failed, and moisture is now condensing inside the insulated glass. Recommend replacing the old skylight with a new WASCO unit with low "e" glass; it will fit perfectly with no interior modifications! |

 You may consider adding Alcoa Leaf Relief gutter guards. Note: They ACTUALLY WORK! (unlike most gutter guards). |
