We are in receipt of and have reviewed the estimates for the above property and believe that some important information was overlooked/missed and needs to be revisited. Following are supporting pictures and other information. The measurements by the adjuster are excellent. Thank you. The points we believe that need to be re-evaluated are:

• Add 30 squares of "Additional charge for high roof (2 stories or greater)" @$8.97
• Add 28 squares of "Remove Additional charge for high roof (2 stories or greater)" @ $362
• Increase from 8 squares to 40 squares of "Additional charge for steep roof 10/12 to 12/12" @$31.94 
• Increase from 7.11 squares to 34.57 squares of "Remove additional charge for steep roof 10/12 to 12/12" @$15.05
• Add 100 feet "R & R shingle over type ridge vent" @$9.32 (estimate was for metal vent - this one has "shingle over type" and the adjuster missed most of the vent for some reason)
