Our Fancy Roofing Magnet
What's that funny looking thing?  It's a fancy roofing magnet that picks up all of the nails that you just can't see after a roof tear off.  Lots of nails hit the ground no matter how hard we try to keep 'em on the roof.  It's unavoidable.
Roof Magnet
Some of these nails we picked up weren't from the roofing job.  Just another small added bonus.

Hello Michelle, Bill here . . .

Your roof has pretty well reached the end of it's cycle (as you know), so for YOUR replacement roof I'm going to recommend our two most popular shingle choices:

1. The XT25 shingle by Certainteed that looks like the one you have now.
2. The Architectural Landmark 30 that will give your roof an upgraded "dimensional look" and added protection.

Here are your FREE UPGRADES, standard with our re-roofs:

1. I'll be upgrading the drip edge by the gutter (there is NONE now), and adding a full three feet of "ice and water shield" at the gutter edges. The benefit?  Elimination of damage from  "ice dams" in the winter and protection of the most vulnerable part of your roof year round.

2. Instead of using that old nasty tarpaper I use "Synthetic Titanium UDL" instead. It's a LOT more effective against moisture, is VERY resistant to mold, and provides better protection against wind driven rain and moisture than the "old stuff" (that everybody else uses).

3. I'll also upgrade the ridge vent system to the Shingle Vent II "Shingle Over"  System which moves more air than conventional ridge vents keeping your attic cooler in the summer and moisture free in the winter.  It also looks better because it's "low profile" and covered by new shingles . . . and doesn't have that ugly "metal" look.

I installed all of these exact products on my own home, I trust them so much. (The Landmark 30, Ice and Water Shield, Titanium UDL Synthetic Underlayment, and the Shingle Vent II)

OK, here are the specs for the roof:

18 squares of either XT25 Shingles, or Architectural Landmark 30 shingles
38 feet of Shingle Vent II
87 feet of "Ice and Water Shield", including 144' of our special custom formed 6" aluminum drip edge at the gutters

TOTAL for XT25 3-Tab Roof

 $3987.00

TOTAL for Landmark 30 Architectural Roof

$4599.00

Let me know what you think, Michelle. If you like what you see here, we'll take the next step, which will mean getting you some samples, actually putting them on the roof for you to see if you wish, and writing up a fixed price proposal/contract for your protection.

Thanks!
