I'm suggesting two shingle options:
1. Certainteed XT25 "three tab" 25 year shingle
2. Certainteed Landmark Lifetime "dimensional" 30 year shingle
I would recommend the Landmark Lifetime for durability, wind resistance (the three tab shingles
tend to blow off in later years), more appealing aesthetics, and added value to the home. 90% of
our customers getting new roofing end up choosing the more modern Landmark 30.
